Beginner Fitness Kickboxing at Panther Gym

This is a comprehensive program that is built to help you develop your fitness and health, no matter your fitness level. This is a course designed to improve your fitness, burn calories, while learning useful skills and having fun!

Learn the basics of kickboxing without the pressure fighting. This is a no-contact class. But even though we're not fighting, doesn't mean we won't be hitting things!

If you can't do one push-up, no problem! We aim to the change that by the time you're through! We hope that you can look back after 8 weeks and see drastic changes to your fitness.

This course is for beginners. It is for people serious about their health and wellness wanting to make a change, and it's for people looking for something new in their workout routine.

Our kickboxing instructor Steffanie is passionate about fitness, friendly, and not afraid to push you to your limit.

Come in to Panther Gym and register before Jan. 6th 2012. MAXIMUM 16 people.
