Intermediate Cardio Kickboxing
This program is made for people looking for a challenge, looking
to drastically improve their fitness, push themselves to their
limit, and see results in their health and body.
This is a no-contact program. This class uses elements of
kickboxing to improve both technique and cardio.
Get ready for one intensive hour of full-body cardio, endurance,
and strength training.
Our instructor Steffanie is full of creative ideas and
motivators to get you pushing yourself to obtain your personal
fitness goals.
Come in to Panther Gym to register before January.
