Intermediate Cardio Kickboxing

This program is made for people looking for a challenge, looking to drastically improve their fitness, push themselves to their limit, and see results in their health and body.

This is a no-contact program. This class uses elements of kickboxing to improve both technique and cardio.

Get ready for one intensive hour of full-body cardio, endurance, and strength training.

Our instructor Steffanie is full of creative ideas and motivators to get you pushing yourself to obtain your personal fitness goals.
