Kickboxing

Kickboxing classes are one of our most popular group classes and are especially popular with people who are looking for a new and exciting way to get in shape. Kickboxing develops power, balance, and coordination, and is an amazing cardiovascular workout.

Classes are designed to provide participants with a high energy, full-body workout and are suited for beginner to intermediate level kickboxers. Instructors teach a mixture of North American and Muay Thai styles.

Are you a beginner? No worries! Mondays class is Kickboxing Basics. Great for beginners to learn the ropes and also for veterans to master the fundamentals!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR CLASS:

  • Indoor training apparel
  • Indoor training shoes (barefoot optional)
  • Handwraps
  • Shinguards
  • Bag Gloves (provided for first-timers)
