Kickboxing

Kickboxing classes are one of our most popular group classes and are especially popular with people who are looking for a new and exciting way to get in shape. Kickboxing develops power, balance, and coordination, and is an amazing cardiovascular workout.

Classes are designed to provide participants with a high energy, full-body workout and are suited for beginner to intermediate level kickboxers. Instructors teach a mixture of North American and Muay Thai styles.

Punch Dummy

Learn to use hands, feet, knees and elbows in the class and ring setting. Gloves and headgear is provided for those who want to spar.

Sparring is optional for all participants (but highly recommended, and fun!). Panther offers evening group kickboxing classes on Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:30 pm.

Private instruction, as well as professional and amateur coaching for those looking to compete, is available.

Class prices are determined by the membership type that you have. See chart below to determine your class price.

  • Drop-in $15
  • Facility Member Drop-In $10
  • Full Privilege Member $0 (as a Full Privilege Member, you are entitled to attend all weeknight boxing & kickboxing classes at no additional cost)
Tues, Thur from 7:30pm - 8:30pm.

To pre-register, download our membership form, print and fill it out. Bring it with you to your first class. This will save time.
